So you found yourself in your single era. Maybe it's by choice, by breakup, or by what the fuck is going on in my life right now?! Maybe you've been single for decades. Maybe this is brand new. Maybe you're starting over. Yet again. Either way, All About Being Single is the podcast for you. I'm Wioleta, your host, and at this point I've basically earned a PhD in being single.

I've been perpetually single longer than most marriages last. I've had phases with zero dates, stretches of too many dates, lots of situationships, and a few serious relationships. You name it. Now I'm here to walk with you through every stage of your single era because if you've ever felt unseen, unheard or misunderstood because of your single status in a world that still defaults to couples, this is where you finally get to take up space.

Each Tuesday we'll have candid conversations about what it actually feels like to be single in our 20s, 30s, and beyond. Like you, sometimes I love it. The space to grow, to unlearn unhealthy patterns and to step into a version of myself I didn't realize I was capable of being.

Other times I hate it. The loneliness, the doubts, the endless waiting all the, "Where is my person? When is it finally gonna be my time?" Because yeah, being single can be amazing, but sometimes, it can be more heartbreaking than actual breakups. This podcast is your outlet for all the frustrations, disappointments, unexpected twists, and those confusing messy moments of being single.

We'll unpack the lessons single life, and the chaos of dating, have taught us. Share tips for dealing with loneliness. Navigate the reality of not being anyone's top priority. We'll also face the uncertainty of what's ahead and call out the gaslighting that tells us we're too picky. Newsflash, we're not.We just have standards.

We will listen to your voice memos, hang out with guests who've been through it as well, reflect on past choices, unlearn the stuff, holding us back, and figure out how to be more resilient, confident, empowered, and deeply grounded in who we are. Whether you love being single, hate it, or just out here questioning the universe, you're here, you're single, and you might as well make the most of it.

Let this chapter be the one where you grow in ways you never imagined, where you notice what you need, find joy in the now and come into your power. So that when love does align, you're ready to receive it without shrinking. Go to all about being single.com or your favorite podcast app and follow the show.

New episodes drop every Tuesday... free, raw, unapologetic. Tap play. Feel seen. Glow up. Because this is your space. Your era. Your community. And always remember, even if we're late, we're right on time.

The first episode will be out Tuesday, July 15th. Let's go.

I'm Wioleta, your host. I've spent years navigating dating fails, figuring out who I am outside of relationships, and learning how to trust myself more deeply. This podcast is where I reflect on it all, share what I'm still figuring out, and connect with you while you're doing the same. This podcast is my passion project and the kind of support I wish existed earlier in my single era.
